You are invited to join real estate developers, economic developers, city managers, and other interested business partners to discuss emerging trends in building “Successful Communities.” Mr. Ed McMahon, Senior Resident Fellow of Urban Land Institute will lead a presentation geared towards both large and small communities that will focus on emerging trends in land development, consumer attitudes, and the importance of inventorying the unique assets that make an individual community more marketable.
This session will be offered on two dates so that you can select the time that best works with you schedule.
March 26- 5:00 to 6:30PM at McCarty Auditorium on the UT Campus- parking will be free, light refreshments available.
March 27- 10:00A to 11:45A at East Tennessee History Center- A box lunch will be provided.
